An interesting article that I absolutely agree with.

I first started getting migraines when I was around 13 or 14 years old – the first one frightened the life out of me as I’d never experienced one before. Luckily or unluckily for her, my mother used to get them so I knew what to do – and that we to get to a dark room and fast, after taking some anti-migraine tablets to try and catch it before it developed. Most of the time they didn’t work.

I too am a believer in using natural foods to give our body the nutrients it needs to perform properly and I have been taking green superfoods spirulina and chlorella for a few years now. I find chlorella fantastic, especially when I want to detox as it really puts me off the bad foods I know I should be avoiding. Chlorella has a greast way of grabbing hold of the toxins in our system and flushing them out.

Spirulina has helped me to lose weight – I was never fat by I have lost some of the puppy fat I was carrying and I now look and feel much better for it – so your article is very relevant and I haven’t had a migraine since a friend told me about chlorella and spirulina.

I get mine on line at http://www.naturalgreens.co.uk as they do a vegetarian friendly range which is ideal for me. I hope this helps other migraine sufferers – I’ve tried many things over the years but can honestly say that once I started to understand more about the importance of putting the right foods into our bodies I have changed my diet, for the better!

    Good luck!

I liked your article and the information that are provided. There are thousands of suggestions out there that are both honest and bad. If you have any more ideas concerning natural health or simliar topics, that would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the good writing!
