Headache Relief – What Is Triggering Your Headaches?


Most people think of headaches as a disease. As you well know, many of us have to deal with headaches on an almost daily basis. Changing the way you think about your headaches, however, and realizing they are usually caused by something happening in our environment can help you get rid of them if you make the right plan. A few weeks ago I received a pre-publication copy of The Migraine Brain, by Dr Carolyn Bernstein and Elaine McArdle. Amazon.co.uk Widgets I found this book interesting and easy reading, but packed full of useful information.
